Our shelter is always in need of volunteers! You can volunteer anytime between 8am-4pm Monday through Friday, just drop by the shelter to fill out a volunteer application and we will get you started ASAP! Volunteers can help with cleaning and shelter organization, or they can help socialize the animals by taking the dogs on walks/to the play yard, or by socializing the cats in the cat room or kennels by playing and snuggling with them.
Pulaski Animal Shelter is also able to provide volunteer hours for community service, or for school programs like ACCE. You can drop by the shelter or call us at (540) 674-8359 for more info.
